On this May month mission trip, team had the opportunity to see more of God's work than we ever imagined. We had a lot to remember on this trip but here we've only covered a few highlights here.
On the first day, team were excited by the gathering of over 300 children from far and near. Children from different churches were excited about each other and also equally excited and interested in learning. There was also singing, dancing and other competition. We saw how a little child can use his gifts or talent for the glory of God.
Our team visited Jagrit Child Rescue Center in Jhapa. This center was providing very good services to the children in education, health and other sector. Children from different background and with their own stories and pains were kept there with safety and comfort in a rescue home. Our team encouraged there with God's great story and inspire them with love and hope.
Sonu, a young guy met us right after the youth fellowship. Team had no idea when he approach to them as if he was going to tell something. Team had a communication with Sonu and knew that he had just came out from Rehab three month before. We got to know him personally , share meaningful things, give courage to do best in life and made him feel that we will be with him in the days to come.
